Project Overview

In order to increase capacity for the Home Visiting Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network (HV CoIIN), HeadSpin Software built a new data import and translation tool to handle an increase in participants for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program.

This new centralized application improved the process, speed, and delivery of monthly data tracked and maintained in the system. The application also put in place a digital version of the HV CoIIN PDSA process (Plan, Do, Study, Act) in order to track and review the steps each team is taking on a monthly basis to implement and improve process and change.
