Funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Center on Enhancing Early Learning Outcomes (CEELO) will strengthen the capacity of State Education Agencies (SEAs) to lead sustained improvements in early learning opportunities and outcomes

HeadSpin designed and developed the CEELO Suite of Online Tools and their website. CEELO Tools include tracking for Technical Assistance, Information Line Question/Answer, Contacts, Collaborations, and Resources. Basically, CRM functionality where CEELO Program Staff, States, and Federal Officials can track the Services provided.

The TA database tracks and provides flexible reporting on Events, Agenda items, Goals, Follow-up Tasks, and Resources, all while tracking the overall progress of the TA itself.
